Standard 2-4 weeks, depending on complexity and number of integrations. Simple setups with a single shop can be completed even faster.
The mandatory Startup Onboarding from Xentral costs €1,990. For more extensive setups we recommend professional support from an experienced partner.
Yes, it is possible with the Xentral Academy. However, the time investment and error risk are higher. Many clients come to me after they have already started on their own.
None. We guide you through every step and explain everything. It is helpful if you can roughly describe your business processes.
Yes, we import products, customers and suppliers from CSV or directly via API. For a migration from another ERP we also transfer the order history.
Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, JTL-Shop and more. Most shops are connected via Xentral Connect or native interfaces.
Amazon, eBay, Otto, Zalando, Kaufland and others via Xentral Connect. Some marketplaces also have native integrations.
A 2-week support phase is included. After that an optional support contract is available for long-term assistance.
Remotely via screen sharing, 2-4 hours depending on complexity. The session is recorded so your team can refer back to it later.
Yes, at any time. Additional integrations can be added independently or with our help.
During the support phase we resolve all issues. Afterwards, assistance is available via a support contract or on an hourly basis.
We recommend the Xentral Academy as a supplement for foundational knowledge. For practical implementation we provide personal guidance.
