Both systems run briefly in parallel. You test in Xentral while the legacy system is still live.

Go-live

Switch to Xentral. Legacy system is deactivated. I am available for any questions.

The structured switch from one ERP system to another, without data loss or business interruption.

During a migration to Xentral, all relevant data is transferred: products, customers, suppliers, stock levels and optionally the order history. The old system continues running in parallel until the new one has been fully tested.

Frequently asked questions about migration

It depends on complexity:
Simple migration (Billbee): 2-3 weeks
Medium migration (JTL with few customisations): 4-6 weeks
Complex migration (plentymarkets with many integrations): 6-8 weeks
No. Historical orders, invoices and customer data can be migrated as an archive. Everything required for accounting and compliance purposes is retained.
My hourly rate is 120 euros. The total effort depends on the source system, data volume and complexity. After the free initial assessment you will receive a detailed quote with an effort estimate.
Yes! That is the advantage of parallel operation. Your legacy system keeps running until Xentral is ready. The switchover takes place at a planned date (ideally over a weekend).
They are set up fresh in Xentral. During parallel operation, orders still flow into the legacy system. At switchover we redirect the shops to Xentral.
