Transparent Pricing for Xentral Consulting

Billing is based on actual effort in 15-minute increments. You receive a detailed breakdown of all work completed. For larger projects, milestone payments are possible.

No, there is no minimum commitment. Even small adjustments or individual support requests are billed fairly.

In a free initial consultation we clarify your needs. You then receive an individual quote with an effort estimate - transparent and easy to understand.

Xentral has its own subscription costs:
Launch: 99 euros/month (for start-ups up to 500k euros revenue)
Starter: 349-389 euros/month
Business: 649-719 euros/month
Pro: 849-939 euros/month

Plus a one-time Xentral onboarding fee (from 1,990 euros). These costs are in addition to my consulting fees.

For larger projects with an estimated effort of more than 40 hours, we are happy to discuss individual terms.

A typical Xentral setup for an e-commerce shop takes 15-40 hours (1,800-4,800 euros). This includes master data, warehouse, one shop/marketplace, shipping and DATEV export. More complex setups with multiple shops, production or special requirements can require 60-100+ hours. In the free initial consultation I give you a realistic estimate for your project.

Xentral is worthwhile from around 50-100 orders per month or when you notice that manual processes are eating up too much time. Below this volume, simpler tools like Billbee are often sufficient. With growth plans, however, an early switch to Xentral can make sense to avoid a migration later. I advise you honestly - even if that means Xentral is not (yet) the right fit for you.

In the short term a consultant costs more. In the long run, however, you often save money: fewer mistakes (incorrect base settings cost a lot of time later), faster setup (what takes you 40 hours I can do in 15), and best practices from the start. Most clients say in hindsight that they should have brought in an expert sooner.
