The duration depends mainly on your preparation (master data, process documentation).
Most importantly:
- Master data as CSV/Excel (products, customers, suppliers)

Yes! The setup runs in parallel with your day-to-day operations. We only switch over at go-live. For migrations I recommend a short parallel-run period.
