Contact Form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provide there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, insofar as your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. 6. Analytics and Advertising

We use Google Ads with conversion tracking, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This lets us measure whether a visit via a Google ad led to an enquiry through the contact form or to a booked appointment. Cookies are set and data such as IP address, device and browser information and the interaction with the ad are transmitted to Google, possibly also to the USA (basis: EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). We use Google Consent Mode v2: without your consent, no marketing cookies are set and Google only receives cookieless, non-personal signals. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy. For anonymous reach statistics we also use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and does not build personal profiles.
