Currently DHL, DPD, GLS, Hermes and Austrian Post are supported. Additional carriers can be integrated on request, provided they offer webhook notifications or a tracking API.
Detection happens in real time as soon as the carrier reports the RTS status. As a rule it takes only a few seconds from the carrier notification to the return being created in Xentral.
Yes, the status and the return reason are fully configurable. You can set reasons such as "RTS - address unknown" or "RTS - delivery refused", depending on what the carrier reports.
Stock is not increased automatically, because the parcel has not physically arrived back yet. The return is created with a status of "expected". Only when the parcel arrives and has been inspected do you post the return - at that point the stock level increases.
The tool can be provided as a hosted solution - you do not need your own server. Alternatively, installation on your own infrastructure is also possible.
